Before You Register...

Please read this page carefully before continuing

The registration process is extremely simple, on the next page we will ask for some details - those marked with a red asterisk (*) are required, however, if you fill in the optional details, we will be able to help you more quickly in the future should you ever encounter any problems.

Once you have filled in the required information and pressed "Create New Account" at the bottom of the form, we will review your details and activate your account.

Please remember to check your Spam or Junk folders for emails from us! If you don't receive anything from us within 24 hours, please Contact us and we will be pleased to assist.

This registration process is intended for new users only!

If you or your church / parish already have an account, please follow the steps outlined below or Contact us and we can get yiou online as quickly as possible (in this case, it would be most useful if you could provide a phone number where we may contact you).

Below are some common reasons why existing users have tried to sign up again, along with solutions.

If you or your church / parish:

  • Have an account but can't remember the email address used to log in, Contact us providing as much information as you have, we can quickly locate your account details and get you back online.

  • Have an account but can't remember your password, request a password reset - this is the quickest way to get back online if you know your login but not the password.

  • Have requested a password reset but not received an email within 30 minutes (have you checked your Spam or Junk mail folders?), then Contact us and we can manually reset your password.

  • Have logged in but can't see any content or get "access denied" when you try to download content, check your subscription is not expired - this information is shown on the My Account page, if you scroll down to the "History" Section under "Roles".
