unrecognized user name or password

The most likely reason is that there is a typo in your email address and/or your password.  Please remember that passwords are case sensitive - this means that  it is important to type your password in the correct case.   June is different than june or JUNE

Many of us have multiple email addresses which we use for different purposes. It may seem obvious, but make sure you are using the right one. Also make sure you do not have the CAPS LOCK key on by mistake.
