Does anybody know where I stand on Copyright issues? I have had a request to use a film image to promote a viewing of a film in our local community. We charge a fee for our magazine and I'm not sure whether this would be a breach of copyright. Thanks!

Normally images are protected by copyright unless otherwise stated. Sometimes companies will allow you to use the image if you are a non profit making organization but you need to ask their permission. They might also request you give them the credit, see their terms of use.

I am looking for an image to go on the Easter Card to be given out to all parishioners of our church - 2,500 in all. Do I need to pay?

Once on the internet, in the search box type in Christian Clip art and many sites with free clip art will be shown, together with others to pay a fee to join.
