- What page of the site are you on? Home page? Or somewhere inside?
- When did you have the problem? Is it right now, or was it earlier?
- What software are you using?
- What browser are you using?
If we have these details, we can help you very quickly!
Are you having problems logging in? The following may help:
- Please check you have typed your email address correctly (in many cases, those frustrating login problems are due to miss-typed email addresses)
- Please check that you are typing your password in the correct case (Thursday and thursday are different passwords). We can't see your password, so we can’t help you here!
- You can RESET your Password using the link above the login boxes to the right - remember to check your SPAM and/or Junk-mail folders for the email, it may take up to 15 minutes to arrive!
