• Please check you have typed your email address correctly (we can see in the website log that in ~50% of cases, login problems are due to miss-typed email addresses)
• Please check that you are typing your password in the correct case (Thursday and thursday are different passwords). We can't see your password in clear text so we can't tell you what it is or confirm if what you think is your password actually is!
• You can RESET your Password using the link above the login boxes to the right - remember to check your SPAM and/or Junk-mail folders for the email, it may take up to 15 minutes to arrive!

Updating your details:

You don't need to contact us to update information about your account - simply click My Account above, and then select the "Edit" tab - remember to click save if you make any changes!
